During our 2023 summer convening Equity Forward: Education Equity in Los Angeles County, we led participants through a Data Equity Walk to dig deeper into the educational opportunity gaps and disparities, as well as bright spots, that exist for students of color and multilingual learners in LA County, spanning from early learning to higher education. The summer convening brought together educators, community members, advocates, and researchers to inspire action toward an accessible, equitable, and high-quality education system for all LA County students.
