Operations Associate

Tyler Williams (they/them) joins The Education Trust–West as an Operations Associate with a background in higher education and student affairs operations at the California State University, East Bay. At Ed Trust–West, they support general office operations, financial reporting, and the implementation of equity and justice initiatives within organizational systems and practices. Tyler believes in the importance of aligning internal operations with the value-driven work we do externally. With a passion for equity, belonging, and inclusion; Tyler brings an accessibility lens to our internal operations here at Ed Trust–West.

Tyler earned a bachelor’s degree in human development at California State University, East Bay. As a California native and the parent of an early learner, education justice is a top priority for Tyler.
