Share to socials

The California Department of Education has released the new California School Dashboard, replacing the field test version from earlier this year. The web-based dashboard includes new, up-to-date data and comes with higher stakes than the earlier version. Using multiple color-coded measures, the state has determined which districts are struggling and need assistance, and it has notified these districts.

Our latest Equity Alert helps stakeholders understand which districts have been identified for assistance using the new dashboard and why, and what happens next in those districts. Lastly, we share what stakeholders can do if their district has been identified for assistance.
