Angelica Ramirez (she/her/hers) joins EdTrust-West as the Senior Development Associate. She comes to EdTrust-West with over half a decade of experience in donor organizing, grantmaking, program operations, and fundraising. Most recently, Angelica served as a Development Associate raising capital that supported lending and real estate technical assistance to nonprofits and small businesses in low-income communities and communities of color. Prior to that, Angelica worked in philanthropy, supporting local, statewide, and national youth development grant portfolios.

Angelica is passionate about advancing and aligning opportunities to equitable processes in the nonprofit sector. This passion is driven and informed by her experiences growing up as a second-generation Filipino American in the Central Coast and Central Valley of California. A proud Aggie, Angelica graduated from the University of California, Davis with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations.
