Policy That Delivers: Advancing Educator Diversity Through School Board Action

Join EdTrust-West for a webinar introducing our new Board Resolution Guide — a practical guide to help school board members, district leaders, and local advocates take meaningful action to diversify the educator workforce.

In this session, you’ll:

• Explore statewide data on educator diversity and why board resolutions are a powerful lever for change
• Hear directly from a panel of board members and leaders on what it takes to move a resolution from idea to adoption
• Leave with practical tools, sample language, and a clear action plan for your own district
